About Leigh

Driven by Using Food to Fuel Patient Recovery

In high school, I had an interest in Nutrition and its role in someone’s overall health. I became a Dietitian because I saw the potential to help people through food. The field of Nutrition and Dietetics is constantly growing and changing. We continue to do research in the field and I’m always interested in what the latest information is and how I can apply it to my practice. Working as a Dietitian with patients at Valley Hospital who are going through treatment gives me the opportunity to contribute to their recovery along with the Doctors and Oncologists.
