Chad DeYoung, M.D., Co-Director of The Gamma Knife Center and Medical Director of Radiation Oncology at The Valley Hospital, was named one of “Bergen’s Top Doctors” in the oncology category in a recent issue of (201) Health Magazine, a special publication of Bergen County’s (201) Magazine.
“There are so many talented and exceptional doctors on this list that being included is truly an honor,” Dr. DeYoung says. “I constantly strive to provide my patients with the quality of care I’d want for myself. Being recognized on this list gives me some sense that I may be succeeding in that goal.”
The selection process was based on independent research conducted by Key Professional Media, Inc., publisher of Super Doctors®, as well as peer nominations from doctors in Bergen County. Nominees were then vetted by a blue-ribbon panel consisting of doctors within each specialty and independent research evaluating 10 indicators of peer recognition and professional achievement.
